Professor Radek Nowak’s research was recently published at the International Journal of Innovation Management, the official journal of the International Society of Professional Innovation Management (ISPIM). In this study, Professor Nowak empirically tests the impact of employee empowerment on the firm’s innovative capabilities. The study’s finding suggest that a higher level of empowerment can alleviate the problem of diminished innovative capabilities in large bureaucratic organizations.

Furthermore, Professor Radek Nowak presented his paper, “The role of absorptive capacity in large bureaucratic firms,” at the 2016 Annual European Academy of Management Conference (EURAM), one of the top five most prestigious management conferences in the world.
