Dr. Christina Koutra Awarded the Middle East Women in Educational Leadership Award

Dr. Christina Koutra, Associate Professor in Management, was awarded the Middle East Women in Education Leadership Award (October 2017, Dubai) for her exemplary and leading contribution in Education!

The Middle East Education Leadership Awards are not for profit bodies/institutions. They are run and managed virtually by professionals who have a full-time job and passion to make a difference to the community. The organization has hosted some of the best events ,such as World HRD Congress, which is in its 26th Edition in 2018, CMO Asia, World Brand Congress, currently is in its 26th Edition in 2018, World CSR Day, and World Education Congress.

The Procedure in which the Award Winners are selected is as follows: the task of choosing an award winner is assigned to a global research cell. This cell consists of professionals from different parts of the world. These professionals are then asked to submit their recommendations. This cell is chaired by a Chairman who reviews recommendations. The jury meets and identifies award winners. The announcements about the award winners is made to a Global PR company and a press conference is held. This then is announced to the world. The awards are of the highest stature and were established to celebrate individuals and institutions who have excelled in the application of leadership through the quality of their work, global scope, stance and involvement to social change, and set an example of being a role model for exemplary leadership. The criteria of selection is based on research/publications from primary data, student perception, and students who hold positions in various organizations, maintain professional practice, and social media profiles!
