NYIT Graduate Urban & Regional Design Program (MSAURD) continues its close collaboration with Cynthia Rosenzweig’s group at NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies. Through our collaborative Urban Design Climate Workshops and National Science Foundation research grants, NYIT SoAD is working to develop prototype climate-resilient and Net-Zero carbon districts in the US and internationally. As co-Chair of the AIANY Planning & Urban Design Committee, Director Jeffrey Raven is committed to linking climate research to climate action. The Earth Day event is co-organized by the AIANY Planning & Urban Design Committee.
