My name is Olivia Flores-Nieves and I’m a senior working towards my BFA in Digital Arts. I specialize in 2D animation and illustration.

I knew I wanted to do animation since I was in middle school. Live-action is cool, but there’s something special about animation because everything is full of life from the way inanimate objects can speak to the variety of styles that can be used to draw the same scene. The artist has left their mark on every frame and I think that’s really beautiful.

I know I still have so much learning left to do, but I’m excited to continue working on my thesis project for the next two semesters. After that, all I can say for sure is that I’ll be continuing to make new art!
