Professor Tom Verebes
Four Short Stories About Hong Kong, an exhibition by
OCEAN CN and Impact Studio, Shenzhen, produced for the Seoul Biennale
of Architecture and Urbanism 2019, was selected amongst 80 biennale
exhibition contributions, was re-installed at the Seoul Hall of
Architecture, Seoul, South Korea. Media used in this research and
exhibition included drone photogrammetry scanning, drone photography and
video capture for sites in Hong Kong, presented in large format prints,
videos, and a series of 3D print models.
Together with Pablo Lorenzo-Eiroa, Tom Verebes co-taught a workshop as
part of the DigitalFUTURES WORLD series of 80 workshops, organized by
Tongji University in Shanghai, and offered free of cost to students
worldwide. This team represented NYIT alongside teaching teams from some
of the world’s top schools of architecture.
