Sneha Kumari Appointed Senior Research Fellow for 2024-2025 Academic Year
The Center for Offsite Construction is proud to announce the appointment of Sneha Kumari, MBA, as a Senior Research Fellow for the 2024-2025 academic year. Sneha brings a wealth of expertise in supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and circular supply chain practices, alongside a passion for driving innovation in construction technology.
As the Co-Founder, and CEO, at Merlin AI, Sneha is leading the charge in leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize supply chain and manufacturing processes. Merlin AI’s acceptance into Y Combinator, a prestigious startup accelerator, is a testament to Sneha’s leadership and vision in advancing technology within the construction industry. This milestone has positioned Merlin AI at the forefront of developing AI-driven solutions to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of construction supply chains.
In her previous roles, Sneha has demonstrated an exceptional ability to drive operational improvements across various industries, including her work at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she managed supply chain operations for data centers. She has also played a pivotal role in sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing carbon footprints and improving resource efficiency. As the Head of Industry Trends for the Circular Supply Chain Network, Sneha has connected supply chain professionals to explore the intersection of supply chain practices and the circular economy.
Sneha is also the SoCal Regional chapter leader at Women in Construction Tech, a community dedicated to creating opportunities and developing relationships for innovative women in construction. At WiCT, Sneha works toward a better-functioning a construction industry where women are well networked, support each other’s efforts to improve and advance in the space, and otherwise thrive.
At the Center for Offsite Construction, Sneha’s expertise will play a critical role in shaping research initiatives that focus on optimizing construction operations, advancing circular supply chain models, and integrating cutting-edge AI technologies into the construction industry.
