The Center for Offsite Construction is proud to share that our Executive Director, Jason Van Nest, has been named the 2025 Modular Building Fellow by the Modular Building Institute at the World of Modular 2025 #WoM2025 conference.

In his remarks, Tom Hardiman, CAE recognized the award as a tribute to the chartering of the Center for Offsite Construction—a research center committed to the rapid development and implementation of modular technologies across North America. The award reflects deep appreciation for Jason’s leadership, vision, and dedication to advancing modular construction.

The Center is a national hub driving industrialized construction forward—creating open-source standards, developing breakthrough technologies, and fostering collaboration to meet the rising demand for offsite expertise. The Center is passionate about making sustainable, affordable buildings a reality through research, education, and strategic partnerships.
