Dr. Robert J. Koenig Receives Distinguished Honorary Professor Recognition from STBU
In May 2017, Robert J. Koenig; Ed.D., Associate Dean for NYIT School of Management and Chair of the NYIT Department of Hospitality Studies, received a Letter of Appointment as Distinguished Honorary Professor from Shandong Technology and Business University (STBU) Yantai, China.
This recognition award was presented to Dr. Koenig by STBU Vice President, Dr. Shiai Xu, and STBU Dean of business, Dr. Junshan Mou.
Dr. Koenig is currently working on building a partnership between NYIT and STBU Hospitality Programs, as well as enhancing joint collaborations on global hospitality initiatives between both colleges.
Dr. Koenig is very humbled by this wonderful gesture of support from STBU and looks forward to doing all he can to assist in building successful initiatives between both academic schools and institutions.
