Jeffrey Raven Panels "Archtober Goes Nordic" at the New School in NYC

As a part of ARCHtober, program director Jeffrey Raven served as panelist for “Archtober Goes Nordic – Nordic and US trends within Healthy Cities at Building Level” at Parsons / The New School in NYC. The panel of experts discussed a growing trans-Atlantic focus on making our cities healthier to live in by design.

Jeffrey Raven and fellow panelists discussed how NYC urban redevelopment projects and districts compares to Nordic best practices within design and public health in the built environment. This included Nordic Sustainable Cities, a flagship project in the Nordic Prime Ministers’ new initiative “Nordic Solutions to Global Challenges.”
