New York Tech opens its Technology Incubator Space at the Digital Ballpark in Plainview, New York

The College of Engineering and Computing Sciences of New York Institute of Technology has partnered with Long Island Software and Technology Network (LISTnet) to host its technology incubator space at the LISTNet location at 100 Terminal Drive, Plainview, NY. This centrally located facility, at the heart of Plainview Industrial Park, hosts the Digital Ballpark, which is an accelerator space currently hosting 25 companies.

The ribbon cutting ceremony, presided over by Babak D. Beheshti, Ph.D., Dean of the College of Engineering and Computing Sciences, took place on Friday, November 10, 2023. The ceremony was well attended by the local industry leaders, New York Tech faculty, staff, and students, as well as Mr. Barry Greenspan, Economic Development Program Administrator, and Mr. Michael Gurtowski, Deputy Director at Business Incubator Association of NYS, BIANYS.

New York Tech is poised to further enhance our industry-academic collaborations, thereby contributing to the growth of the regional economy.", said Hank C. Foley, Ph.D., President of New York Institute of Technology.
